Land Your Dream Job – Slay That Interview Dragon

The team is composed of young professionals that work in a variety of roles across the technology industry with a wide breadth of experience. We can provide advice and information that is valuable and, often, difficult to get access to.

We've all been through the recruiting process recently enough to remember wading through tons of applications and technical interviews. We also know what it's like from the other side of the table; many of us now facilitate interviews on behalf of our employers and have additional insight into the candidate evaluation process.

How does it work?

How does it work?

1.Weekly Group Preparation Sessions

We facilitate weekly mentorship sessions where we prepare students for a career in technology, educating our fellows on how to break into the industry, covering resume-reviews, application tips, and recruitment advice. During these sessions, we will cover the technical skills needed to succeed in software engineering interviews.

2.One on One Mentorship

Each fellow will be matched with a mentor based on their specific profile. Throughout the entire fall recruitment cycle, the mentor will meet with you for at least one hour each week. You will have an opportunity to ask specific questions and gain insight as you prepare for recruitment.

3.Self-Study

We will be publishing videos of our sessions as well as relevant material, resume templates, and interview guides for free-to-download.

4.Networking

We will publish the profiles and bios of all our mentors. You can reach out directly to anyone and everyone you are interested in speaking with.
